After completing the building signage project for the client, we went inside and worked on wayfinding signs. Because each venue is different, we customized the signs after a site survey.
- Door sign. The first sign we fabricated was a suite sign for the gastroenterology office. It displays the clinic’s logo, name, and specialty. The backdrop color is a creamy white, which fits in perfectly with the hallway’s overall color palette.
- Restroom signage. While the tenant sign does not have to meet ADA specifications, restroom signage does. Our shop specializes in the production of ADA-compliant signs and installations. We fabricated the signs to have the mandated color contrast. Moreover, we made one sign for installation right next to the door. A second sign went above the door and assists those walking up to the amenity with locating it.
- Exam room signage. Labeling examination rooms is a good practice to avoid confusion among doctors and resulting treatment delays. Similarly, it gives patients confidence that they are in the right place. Because the client anticipated possible changes to the room’s allocation, we made an insert that fits perfectly into a slide-in frame. If there are changes, labeling rooms will be as simple as sliding in a new label.
