Summit Health Adds Waiting Room Signs and Graphics in NJ

Our team returned to Summit Health. In the past, we collaborated with this client on brand-building vehicle graphics, pin-mounted painted acrylic letters, and a mixed-material lobby sign. For this project, we designed, fabricated, and installed waiting room signs and graphics in NJ.

The client opted for an elegant etched glass look that incorporates their corporate logo in a repeated pattern. A frosted stripe covers the middle third of the glass surfaces. As a result, the waiting room signage combines brand building with patient privacy.

Build Your Brand with Patient Waiting Room Signage

Patient waiting rooms are among the busiest areas in your medical office. Using their windows and walls to build your brand makes sense. Many healthcare providers have found that creating a cohesive and engaging visual and informational experience is ideal for displaying the practice's values, services, and personality.

Combine Brand Identity With Patient Messages

Identify the unique qualities that differentiate your practice from others. Next, work with our graphic artist to use consistent colors, fonts, and logos across all signage solutions you select to build brand recognition and trust. Consider showcasing the specialties or services you provide in an approachable way. You have probably already visited healthcare facilities where they display health tips, frequently asked questions, or information about procedures.

Create an Inviting Atmosphere and Engage with Storytelling

Your patients are likely nervous. Visually pleasing sign designs are calming as well as professional. Ideally, they include digital signage for featuring dynamic content such as videos, rotating messages, or patient testimonials. These signs easily mount to the focal wall. Some clients have begun incorporating QR codes that lead to a website, online booking system, or patient portal.

Ensure Privacy With Branded Glass Graphics

Because most waiting rooms feature at least one glass wall or window, use these surfaces for branding. Something as poignant as displaying your logo in a repeat pattern is highly successful. Another option is to use etched and frosted glass graphics to promote social media handles or encourage patients to schedule follow-up appointments.

Etched and frosted window graphics

By combining consistent branding with informative and engaging content, your NJ waiting room signs and graphics leave a positive and lasting impression that strengthens your practice's reputation. They build your brand and make your logo and name easily recognizable. Whether you run one or more clinics, patient waiting area signage is an excellent branding tool.
