Sage Urgent Care — Full Interior & Exterior Signage, Berkeley Heights
End-to-end signage for Sage Urgent Care’s new Berkeley Heights, NJ location: halo-lit exterior channel letters, acrylic lobby branding, and vinyl window graphics — delivered through permitting and a multi-vendor install.

The Challenge
Sage Urgent Care needed a complete branding package — interior and exterior — for its new location at 369 Springfield Ave in Berkeley Heights, NJ.
Berkeley Heights enforces strict storefront-signage guidelines, which narrowed the available design styles from the outset. The project also required removing and disposing of the previous tenant’s legacy signage before the new brand could go up.
The Solution
The Sign Center managed the project end to end — permitting and compliance, fabrication coordination, and installation logistics — across a multi-vendor effort, delivering a seamless storefront transition.
Exterior storefront signage
Halo-lit (backlit) illuminated channel letters, 2.75" deep — “SAGE” at 20" high and “URGENT CARE” at 14.5" high — finished with a custom paint match to the brand palette (Metallic Gold 2756 and PMS 567C Green). Scope included removing and disposing of the old sign, patching mounting holes, and touch-up wall painting.
Interior lobby signage
Dimensional acrylic letters at 1/2" thickness — “SAGE” at 14" and “URGENT CARE” at 5" — plus a multi-color 22" x 22" logo, flush stud-mounted.
Window & door graphics
Custom vinyl decals for the front and back doors carrying store hours (8 AM–8 PM), the full service list (illness, injury, X-ray, lab testing, physicals, occupational health), and brand elements.
The Outcome
Scoping began in February 2026 and installation wrapped in June 2026 — interior signs and decals on June 10, exterior signage on June 18 — coordinated around town permitting to ensure seamless execution.
The client confirmed his satisfaction with the finished exterior sign, closing out a smooth transition from the previous tenant’s branding to Sage’s new storefront identity.
