Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

4. Payments & Billing

Late Payments: Past-due balances may be subject to interest charges or the suspension of ongoing services and installations.
Deposits: Unless stated otherwise in writing, deposits are non-refundable as they cover custom material procurement and design labor.

5. Intellectual Property

Ownership: All original designs, proofs, logos, and digital graphics created by The Sign Center Corp remain our intellectual property until the project is paid for in full.
Usage Rights: Upon full payment, the client is granted the right to use the physical product as intended. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our proprietary design work without express written consent.

6. Warranties and Limitations of Liability

Quality Standard: We strive for excellence; however, we do not guarantee that materials will be free from minor, industry-standard imperfections inherent in the manufacturing process.
Installation: The Sign Center Corp is not responsible for damages caused by third-party installations, misuse, or extreme environmental conditions beyond the material’s rated specifications.
Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to make payments, or engage in unlawful activity regarding our staff or property.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict of law principles.
