We then added new plaques on each side of the monument with dimensional lettering on top. To make it easy to replace the tenant plaques in the future, we used vinyl. This way, when tenants come and go, the sign can be updated in no time. The substrate for the monument sign is PVC, which will remain unaffected by the weather.
With the job we did, the landlord did not have to replace the entire monument. This saved them a lot of money. In the end, the client was completely satisfied.
