Order one set per post. The anchor stub drives 36" into the ground, the coupler bolts to the stub, and the 8-ft post bolts to the coupler — no digging or concrete. A post driven straight into the ground loses 2–3 ft below grade, which leaves too little height for a handicap sign + penalty plate at the ADA 60" minimum; on a stub the full 96" stays above grade. Includes all bolts.
