It will not crack when exposed to the elements and is resistant to moisture and rotting. We typically paint these letters with top-quality outdoor paint in any color you want. However, they can also be laminated with aluminum or acrylic. These are available in thicknesses of half an inch up to three inches.
Exterior Letterfoam Letters – Painted Letterfoam is similar to Gatorfoam, except it is more heavy duty. It is a two-pound density foam with a smooth aluminum surface. They are very cost-effective exterior letters with long lifespans, and they give off the impression of thick, painted solid metal letters. They come in thicknesses of one inch to three inches.
